Aman Mittal, M.D., an ophthalmologist, will be leaving his practice in the Mitchel and Shannon Wong Eye Insititute, effective November 27, and will no longer provide care at UT Health Austin after that date.
Our team remains committed to providing high-quality, team-based care and ensuring continuity of your treatment. You may choose to continue your care at the Mitchel and Shannon Wong Eye Institute with any of our ophthalmic specialists.
If you would like to continue your care with our team, please call 1-833-882-2737. One of our Access Center Partners will be happy to assist you with scheduling an appointment and answering any questions about your transition of care.
Your medical records are confidential and can only be released or transferred with your authorization. If you choose to seek care elsewhere, you may request a release of information authorization form. We want to thank Dr. Mittal for his service in caring for our patients.

As a valued patient of the Musculoskeletal Institute, we want to inform you that Shuyuan Li, M.D. will no longer be seeing patients at UT Health Austin effective this month.

You may choose to see our sports and injury specialists Mica Guzman, M.D. ,or Jonathan Mason, D.O., for your continued care. If you would like to schedule a future appointment with Dr. Guzman or Dr. Mason, please contact us by calling 1-512-495-5362, and our Health Access Partner will assist you.
For patients with specific conditions, we recommend establishing care with one of our Dell Medical School orthopedic surgery faculty physicians: J. Brannan Smoot, M.D., Kris Stockton, M.D., or Andrew Ebert, M.D.
