About this clinic
The Post-COVID-19 Program offers comprehensive evaluation and management for adult patients (18 years and older) experiencing new or persistent health changes following a COVID-19 illness.
Our team studies the causes and treatments of long COVID, also known as post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) and commonly referred to as “post-COVID-19.” If you have long COVID, sometimes referred to as a “long-hauler,” you may experience symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, difficulty with thinking and concentration, neurologic issues and anxiety. We are dedicated to equipping you and your health care providers with the tools to understand and manage long COVID, though research and treatment strategies are continually evolving.
Our treatment approach
At UT Medicine, we take an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to your care. This means you will benefit from the expertise of multiple specialists across a variety of disciplines caring for you in one place — avoiding the need to schedule multiple appointments with providers at locations all over the city.
UT Medicine is anchored by Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin, where we collaborate with colleagues to apply leading-edge research, diagnostic and treatment techniques to the diagnosis and treatment of your condition. Advanced imaging and lab testing are also available on-site if needed.
