Endocrine Neoplasia team overview:

Endocrine Neoplasia team UT Medicine is composed of subspecialty trained physicians with diverse clinical interest including endocrinology, surgical oncology, medical oncology, head and neck surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, pathology and nuclear medicine.

This team is dedicated to provide the optimal evidence based cancer care to patients with thyroid cancers and other endocrine cancers. This team operates in partnership with the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio, UT Medicine, the Cancer Therapy & Research Center (CTRC), and University Health System.

Our team also provides genetic counseling and genetic testing through UT/CTRC Cancer Genetics and High Risk Screening to identify patients who have a genetic predisposition to specific cancers where medical interventions have been shown to be beneficial in improving outcomes.
